Prior to forming TTC, Geoffrey Cone founded the law practice Cone Marshall Limited (“Cone Marshall”), then known as Cone and Co., in Auckland, New Zealand in 1998. Cone continues to serve as Principal of Cone Marshall and practices in the area of trust and tax planning.
Cone began practicing commercial litigation as well as tax and trust advisory work in 1980. As Partner and Chairman of Partners at a leading Christchurch law firm, his tenure was marked by cases at all levels of the New Zealand courts as leading counsel and the Privy Council in London.
Later, Cone took his comprehensive litigation and advisory experience and further applied it by serving as a litigator in the British West Indies for two years. Cone graduated from University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand with an LLB and honours, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax and Trust law with distinction.

Katrina Robinson is the CEO of the Cone Marshall Group and CEO of Teton Trust Company.
Previously, Katrina worked as a portfolio manager at the Royal Bank of Canada in New York City.
Katrina is admitted to practice law in New York. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is the Treasurer of the Wyoming STEP branch. She is a member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA) the New York City Bar, and the New York State Bar.
From Kingston, Jamaica, Katrina graduated from the Cardozo School of Law (J.D), the University of Cambridge (MPhil and Cambridge Trusts Scholar) and Princeton University (A.B.) She is also a graduate of Phillips Academy Andover.
Katrina is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese.

Abbie Flaherty is the Director of Trustee Services of Teton Trust Company, and a Board Director of Teton Trust Company. Abbie has worked for the Cone Marshall Group since 2012. In July 2019, she transferred from Cone Marshall Limited in Auckland, New Zealand to Teton Trust Company’s office in Jackson, Wyoming. Abbie is working towards New York State bar admission, having passed the New York Bar Exam in February 2020. Abbie is a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand where she holds a current practicing certificate and is a member of the New Zealand Law Society. She is a also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Abbie completed her conjoint degrees LLB/BA at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch in 2010, New Zealand, and spent her final semester at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.

David Bertsch is the Head of Legal and Fiduciary Services and serves as a Board Director for Teton Trust Company. He serves on the board and judicial committee of the Wyoming Trust Association. He is admitted to practice in Wyoming.
Prior to working at Teton Trust Company, David worked as a litigation attorney, fly-fishing guide, and ski coach.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, David was a Dean’s Scholar at the University of Pittsburgh, where he received his J.D. David has a B.S. from Penn State.

Adam joined Teton Trust Company in 2021 as the Chief Financial Officer. With over 20 years of experience, he is responsible for overseeing the accounting department and financial operations of the company.
Adam is a licensed Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) in Canada. He began his studies at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada, finishing with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting. Before he joined Teton Trust Company, Adam worked in both public accounting and private sector. Adam was an auditor at Grant Thornton working in the banking and government sector. After several years, Adam left to work in the private industry, where he became the CFO for a multi-family real estate developer.
In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with his three children, hiking, skiing, traveling and sailing.

Pulkit joined Cone Marshall in 2015 and has gained substantial knowledge and experience working on international compliance laws and regulations affecting Cone Marshall Group entities.
Pulkit has more than 10 years of compliance experience and prior to joining Cone Marshall, he has held compliance positions at different levels at a compliance consultancy firm and a derivatives issuer based in Auckland, New Zealand where he has helped NZ reporting entities with their ongoing AML compliance, internal controls, and derivatives issuer licence application. Pulkit is nominated compliance officer of Teton Trust Company and oversees compliance function of all regulated entities of the CM group. He has wealth of experience on critical compliance and regulatory aspects including Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism, CRS, FATCA, NZ Foreign Trust Registration rules, Economic Substance, Beneficial Ownership Registrations etc.
Pulkit completed Master of Business Administration at University of North Alabama in Alabama, USA, and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management at Auckland Institutes of Studies in Auckland, New Zealand. He also completed a Risk and Compliance paper with New Zealand Governance.
He is originally from India and lived in New Zealand for 10 years before moving to the US in November 2022.
Pulkit is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

David Harris has over 40 years of practical experience in both law and investment banking, specializing in UK private and international business clients, as well as public companies. Early in his career, he practiced law for 12 years and became a partner in the London law firm of Nabarro Nathanson focusing upon taxation and property law.
After leaving Nabarros in 1982 he joined NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd., London investment bankers, where he pioneered the development of the Bank’s international trust business and lead this for the next 26 years. In 1985 he became a Fellow of the Institute of Taxation by thesis on the taxation of private companies.
In 1987 David was appointed to the main board of NM Rothschild & Sons Limited in London. He also served as a director of many other Rothschild Group companies outside the UK and worked with senior members of the Rothschild family. In the same year David was appointed the London CEO of the Rothschild Trust Group which became successful in Europe, the USA, Latin America, Asia and South Africa.
David became non executive in 2005 and was later appointed Chairman until his retirement in 2008.

Paolo Panico has experience in law and business as the Chairman of Private Trustees SA, an independent trust company based in Luxembourg. Panico, who speaks eight languages, is qualified as a solicitor in Scotland and as an “avocat à la Cour” in Luxembourg. He also serves as an adjunct law professor at the University of Luxembourg and the University of Liechtenstein, where he teaches international and comparative trust law.
In 2017 Panico was appointed Chairman of the STEP Europe Region and he became a Council Member of STEP as January 1st, 2021. Panico is a member of the International Academy of Estate and Trusts Law (TIAETL), Vice Chairman of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA), and a council member of the Italian Trust Society (Associazione “Il Trust in Italia”).
